I am a new user. How do I verify my account?

An activation email will be sent to you after you register.
This activation link in the email is only valid for 48 hours.
(If you did not manage to activate your account within that timeframe, click on "Resend the activation email" at the login page.)
Please click on the link in this email to verify your account.
If the activation email has expired, please register your account again.
If the link that you click returned as "Invalid Token", this means that you have already activated your account.
To check the email address which you used to activate your account:
1. Login to migme
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select "Account"
4. Select "Contact"

I am an existing user. How do I verify my account?

Check and update your email address by following these simple steps:
1. Login to migme
2. Click on "Profile" and click the small arrow
3. Select "Settings"
4. Select "Account"
5. Select "Contact"
If you have updated your email address, a verification email will be sent to your new email address.
Click on the link to verify your email address. The verification link is only valid for 48 hours. Please make sure that you verify your email before the link expires.

Why do I need to set security questions?

Security questions are an added security feature to help us to protect your account and keep it secure. It is also required before you can change your password.

I registered with an incorrect email address so I cannot verify my account. What should I do?

Please register again with the correct email address. The username will remain available as long as it is not verified.
